Co-created Logcare, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool for home caregivers with voice-to-text capture and intelligent switching between SOAP, SOAPIE, and PIE note formats. Architected ShiftChat, a dual-product platform combining SaaS tools for facility operators with an API/SDK for healthtech developers—designed HIPAA vetting, developer portal, and webhook management. Built functional React/TypeScript prototypes to align design and engineering.

Built React prototypes comparing alternative IA approaches and presented a structured UX heuristic analysis to executive stakeholders. Defined AI-first design principles—human-in-the-loop interaction, source citations, status clarity—to guide the upcoming feature roadmap.

Redesigned chargebacks, fraud prevention, transactions, and payouts to improve task completion and reduce support escalations. Shipped a self-service Chargebacks Portal that streamlined merchant resolution. Other shipped features: Rolling Reserves, Tax Center, Reports redesign, Alert System enhancements, Rate Saver.

Who?

I am a senior product designer based in Fortaleza, Brazil. I like all things involving animation, online games, and cats.

I design products at the intersection of AI, complex systems, and real human needs. I have an architecture background with a postgraduation in UX, digital accessibility, and HCI. For the past 7 years, I’ve been working in various areas of design across the globe for Brazil, US, and UK-based companies, shipping 0→1 products, building functional prototypes in React and pushing for data-driven solutions.
